Smile transformation with E-max metal-free crowns
Case description:
The patient came because of pronounced discoloration of the four upper incisors, which significantly affected the appearance of her smile. The discoloration was caused by the long-term use of antibiotics in early childhood, which required a permanent aesthetic solution.
Our team recommended E-max lithium disilicate crowns for their superior aesthetic features and exceptional strength. These metal-free crowns allow the natural translucency of the tooth, creating an imperceptible difference between the natural tooth and the crown.
Result:

Complete smile rehabilitation:
From orthodontics to implants and veneers
Case description:
The patient came with complex problems in the teeth of the upper jaw: lack of permanent
lateral incisor on the right side, displaced middle of the jaw, and too sharp tridents that gave her a "vampire" look. These problems significantly affected her smile and self-confidence, and the goal of the therapy was to achieve a harmonious and natural appearance of the smile.
Therapy was started with orthodontic therapy, where the center of the tooth was moved to the left to create space for an implant in place of the missing lateral incisor. During the orthodontic treatment, as soon as the space was sufficiently formed, we placed a temporary composite tooth on the brackets so that the patient would have a more complete smile until the end of the therapy.
After creating a sufficient space, an implant was placed in the place of the lateral incisor. Then the units were prepared for ceramic veneers by grinding only the front of the teeth (vestibular), while the triples were shaped with veneers to lose the "vampire" look and become more graceful. Finally, the implant on the pair received a ceramic crown that blended perfectly with the rest of the teeth.
Result:
Now the middle of the upper jaw perfectly matches the middle of the face, both twos are in place, and the threes are formed into harmonious, aesthetically pleasing teeth. The patient achieved a harmonious, natural smile without the "vampire" fangs that worried her before.

Complete restoration of toothlessness
with metal-ceramic bridges and partial dentures
Case description:
The patient came to the office with a serious problem of toothlessness, due to periodontitis and lack of teeth, which led to a drop in bite height and traumatic occlusion on the front teeth due to improper first contact. These problems not only affected the aesthetics of the smile, but also caused pain and functional difficulties when chewing.
After a detailed examination and analysis of the case, the therapy began with the extraction of several severely damaged teeth, while the other teeth were treated endodontically in order to preserve them. A metal-ceramic circular bridge was placed in the upper jaw, which provided a complete restoration of smile and function. In the lower jaw, a metal-ceramic bridge was made in the front, while the lateral teeth were compensated with a skeletonized partial prosthesis (Wisil prosthesis), which ensured stability and durability.
Result:
The patient is now esthetically and functionally fully cared for. The smile was restored, the bite was raised to a normal height, and the problem of traumatic occlusion was successfully solved. All the necessary measures for the longevity of this work have been fulfilled, ensuring a long-lasting and stable result.
